Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment gateway, Nochex. We also accept payments via Google Checkout, Cheque and Postal Orders.
Delivery
All items delivered by courier will require a signature on delivery and should there be nobody available to take delivery of these, the customer is require to contact the delivery depot to arrange a delivery day that is suitable to them via the card left by the courier. Saturday deliveries are available but these are excluded from our free delivery and will be considerably high in cost.
Custom items can’t be built until full payment has been received as we have been stung by this in the past. Your order will be completed as soon as payment has been received and not the ordered date. Cheques will take longer to process due to postage and bank clearing times which is usually 5-7 business working days, so please factor this into to your delivery estimate.
Failed delivery attempts may result in additional charge to the customer which is required to be paid prior to the rescheduled delivery.If your item appears to be damaged when received, please photograph the packaging & the damage an email to info@pottydeckor.co.uk. Failure to have photographic evidence may delay your replacement or refund. All damages must be reported immediately to enable us to persue a claim with the courier as after 2 days the courier will not honour damage claims and we will not be eligble to make a claim for damaged items. Photographic evedence must be provided, these photos should include the damage to the item with wrap still in place and a description of the damage.
Refunds
Should you change your mind after you have received your invoice, please advise us immediately as we have to order wood and organise our schedules for the order to be completed.Gift Vouchers are excluded from our refunds policy. Gift vouchers can only be redeemed at www.pottydeckor.co.uk and no other website. Items purchased under a voucher will only be replaced/repaired if faulty or damaged in transit.
We do not offer refunds for failed/refused deliveries or if you have changed your mind after you have received your products as all items are custom built to order. We will repair all damaged/faulty items if they have been damaged in transit to yourself.Please note that during busy periods delivery may take up to 20 days for delivery.
